Job Academy Wales

Nu-Staff is working in partnership with ‘Job Academy Wales’ to find work for the long term unemployed in South Wales who are on the flexible new deal programme.

Garry Barrett one of our candidates has now found work with WH.Smith in Abergavenny.

Garry was interviewed by HTV Wales on July 2nd about his experience of being out of work. This was in relation to the news that more than one in five jobseekers in Wales has been out of work for more than a year. Wales is one of the worst affected parts of the UK - along with Yorkshire and Humberside.

HTV is to follow some of our candidates from induction to getting a job over the next few months.
